He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him,
and without Him nothing was made that was made.
He was always there, since the start of it all. Grace was always there, since the start of it all. He was Grace, and in Him the fullness of grace lodged itself. Grace breathed before you or I would need Him as Grace. We were made through Him—through Grace Himself—and He always intended us to live by, through, and in Himself as the God of all Grace. We were conceived in His gracious mind, and He birthed us through His grace. Grace was the beginning we knew, before we knew grace and before we knew a beginning. Grace was there, is there now, and will always be there.
Jesus is the Grace of God, and it was by His craftsmanship that we were made, and nothing about our lives remains untouched by that Carpenter’s hands—hands full of grace and truth.
